By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing from dpshop.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About DP Shop

DP Shop is an online retailer of pickleball equipment, sporting goods, apparel, accessories, merchandise, and related products.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, feature, or portion of the Website at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age; or
You are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian;
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.

3. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

DP Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

4. Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability are accurate.

However:

Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Actual colours may vary depending on screen settings.
Minor variations in appearance, finish, packaging, or branding may occur.
Specifications may be updated by manufacturers without prior notice.

DP Shop does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are error-free.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on dpshop.in are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

DP Shop reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Orders

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.

DP Shop reserves the right to:

Refuse any order;
Limit quantities purchased;
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse;
Cancel orders containing pricing or product errors.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Payment

We currently accept:

Razorpay-supported payment methods;
Credit Cards;
Debit Cards;
UPI;
Net Banking;
Cash on Delivery (where available).

DP Shop is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, or technical issues beyond our control.

Additional verification may be requested before an order is processed.

8. Shipping & Delivery

DP Shop currently ships within India only.

Delivery timelines displayed on the Website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

Courier disruptions;
Weather conditions;
Government restrictions;
Public holidays;
Operational constraints;
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery.

If a shipment is refused or delivery attempts repeatedly fail, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. No Return Policy

DP Shop follows a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

Products purchased through dpshop.in cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery except in the following situations:

The product is damaged during transit;
The product received is materially different from the item ordered;
The product contains a manufacturing defect.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing delhipicklers@gmail.com with:

Order number;
Description of the issue;
Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Upon verification, DP Shop may, at its sole discretion, provide:

A replacement product;
Store credit;
Repair assistance;
A refund.

Used products, products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or customer negligence are not eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.

Sale items, promotional items, clearance products, gift cards, and customised products are not eligible for return or exchange.

10. Sporting Goods Disclaimer

Pickleball and other sporting activities involve inherent risks.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used safely and appropriately.

DP Shop does not guarantee:

Athletic performance;
Skill improvement;
Competitive outcomes;
Product suitability for any specific purpose.

Product performance may vary based on playing conditions, frequency of use, maintenance, and user skill level.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on dpshop.in, including but not limited to:

Logos;
Trademarks;
Product photographs;
Videos;
Graphics;
Website design;
Text;
Software;
Branding materials;

is owned by or licensed to DP Shop and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Website for unlawful purposes;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website;
Upload malicious software or harmful code;
Interfere with Website operations;
Engage in fraudulent activities;
Misrepresent your identity.

Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension, cancellation of orders, or legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DP Shop and The Indian Picklers shall not be liable for:

Our maximum liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.
